Last month, we discussed a feature on WhatsApp beta for Android and iOS that allows users to access comprehensive reactions information for automated albums. Although the ability to respond to messages is currently unavailable in the WhatsApp beta for Windows (UWP version), the firm has added support for automated albums.

WhatsApp continues to improve its Universal Windows Platform (UWP) version. WhatsApp is now pushing out the ability to group consecutive photographs and videos to test users, after introducing the ability to share view once photos and record voice notes.

WhatsApp is now introducing the same feature that is currently available on WhatsApp beta for Android and iOS: automated albums, as shown in this screenshot. Multiple successive photographs or videos uploaded in a chat are now automatically organized into a single album thanks to automated albums.

Users can now browse the whole collection of the automatic album when they receive more than three photographs or videos in a row.

Users who download the current version of the Windows beta app from the Microsoft Store will have access to this functionality.
