Apple released the latest updates of its operating software across its devices. This comes after it was announced a week prior. The latest updates come with improvements and some cool new features for iPhone, iPad, and Mac devices.
Some of these features include the Continuity Camera; which allows you to mount your iPhone as webcams for your Macs. Stage Manager is a new multitasking app made for Macs and iPads.
IOS 16.1 makes use of the new additions on the pro iPhones. It introduces the feature “Live Activities” which provides live updates from native apps on the lock screen and on the exciting Dynamic Island.
iCloud Shared Photo Library also comes to iPhone, iPad, and Mac with these updates. It provides you with the option of sharing photo libraries among multiple family members with contributions from all. Apple Fitness+ is also being let loose of its chains. It is not tied strictly to the Apple Watch. The new updates permit subscribers access workouts on their iPhones without having an Apple wearable of their own.
