
In a news shocking to no one, Apple announces an increase in the subscription prices for its services in the US joining the streaming services like Netflix, Disney+, YouTube, and others. The services with the fee bump include Apple TV+, Apple Music, and Apple One.
This price hike is a first for Apple’s video streaming offering, Apple TV+, since its launch. This comes at a time when other competitors are doing the same. It’s been a source of frustration for the subscribers of these services. The increase comes at $2 monthly and $10 annually which set the prices at $6.99 per month or $69.99 per year.
Apple Music comes in with a dollar increase for the individual plan and $2 for the family plan which put the prices at $10.99 per month for the individual plan and $16.99 per month for the family plan.
The bundle package, Apple One, which combines the six services of Apple News+, iCloud, Apple TV+, Apple Music, Apple Arcade, and Apple Fitness+ will follow suit. It comes in at $16.95 per month for the individual plan, $22.95 per month for the family plan, and $32.95 per month for the premiere plan. The new prices become effective today.
