- Update vehicle software (Firmware), when promoted.
- Secure vehicle’s wi-fi by hiding it from broadcasting its signal (SSID).
- Use MAC filtration, to only allow, your devices to connect to the vehicle’s wifi hotspot.
- Periodically scan vehicle for hidden or malicious gps tracking.
- Always turn off your Bluetooth connectivity, when not using it: Because a vehicle can be hacked via its Bluetooth.
